Description

Part of #381. Bugsink new-issue, regression, and unmute alerts post to the alarms Discord channel via a per-project webhook config; this PR documents that delivery path.

  • README gains an Alerts section: webhook-only alerting, the bugsink-discord-webhook vault item, and the per-project setup step for new projects.
  • The deployment doc's Bugsink stand-up now includes adding the webhook to each project.
  • No outgoing email is configured — alerting stays webhook-only.

Testing

  • bun run typecheck passes
  • bun run test passes
  • bun run lint passes
  • New tests added for new functionality

Docs only — delivery verified live: test events on every project, no webhook failures recorded.
